Myth, Mysticism & Meanng - Mudras
A mudrā is a spiritual gesture and an energetic seal of authenticity employed in the Dharma (Hindu, Buddhism) traditions and Taoism. The positions, generally marked by the hands and fingers stimulate various parts of the body, the language center of the brain and the seat of consciousness. They also stimulate the affect of life force/breath or prana.
Experiment with them while you meditate. Experiment with them for your health.
Migraines can be triggered by stress, upset in routine, food allergy, and a block to the flow of kundalini energy. They are frequently marked by sensitivity to light, blinding pain, nausea and the complete exhaustion the follows. There has been marked success in the use of this mudra.
Mudra in dance is also a form of communication transcending the use of words.

Amarjah Wisdom School
Many circle the mountain examining the various paths without ever making the climb. We offer seminars, consultations, and support networks in the spiritual quest for awakening. We are not affiliated with organized religions as the truth is the same when viewed from the mountain summit irregardless of the path to reach it.
The evolution of consciousness has brought us here - to remind of us of who we are and our purpose here. We are seekers who embrace skepticism, acceptance and the strength in unity. We are greater than the sum of the parts in a greater spiritual work.<br>![]()
